The Savage Group, powered by Edge Home Finance, LLC, was founded by brothers Ty Savage and Trevor Savage to bring practical mortgage and real estate education to Realtors and investors throughout the country.
Our Story
Ty and Trevor Savage grew up around the mortgage business. Their father was widely respected as a leader in the mortgage industry for nearly 50 years, and his influence shaped their passion for relationships, education, and serving people.
From an early age, they saw that the mortgage and real estate business was about far more than transactions. It was about helping people navigate important financial decisions with wisdom, care, and integrity.
Meet The Team
Ty entered the mortgage business in 2004 and brings more than 20 years of experience as a mortgage originator, manager, educator, and coach. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping both consumers and real estate professionals better understand financing strategies and mortgage solutions.
Trevor entered the mortgage business in 1998 before later obtaining his real estate license in 2000 and eventually becoming a real estate broker. With more than 25 years of experience in both mortgage lending and real estate, Trevor brings a unique perspective connecting financing with practical real estate strategy.
