Age Restriction
This Site and our SMS messaging program are intended for licensed real estate professionals who are 18 years of age or older. By submitting a registration form, you confirm you meet this requirement.
SMS Messaging Program
By submitting a registration form on this Site, you consent to receive SMS text messages from The Savage Group with Edge Home Finance, LLC. Our SMS program includes the following message types:
Registration confirmation messages sent immediately upon form submission
Webinar reminder messages sent 1 day, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before your scheduled class
Post-class follow-up messages sent after webinar completion
Message frequency varies based on your registration activity. Typically 4–6 messages per registered class. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out of SMS
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. The Savage Group with Edge Home Finance, LLC are not responsible for messages that are delayed or undelivered due to carrier network issues.
No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Information
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your SMS opt-in information or phone number to any third party for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to deliver the webinar-related messages described above.
Webinar Registration
By registering for a webinar through this Site, you agree to provide accurate information including your name, phone number, email address, brokerage name, and state of licensure. Webinars are offered free of charge. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.
